Truth doesn’t only live in stained glass and theology books. Sometimes it shows up in unexpected places: in a well-written article, a sharp observation, or even the wisdom of someone who doesn’t share our faith.

We don’t need to fear truth. God is Truth. And all truth ultimately leads to Him.

As Catholic men in the modern world, we should be both open and discerning. Engage culture. Read widely. But always filter it through the lens of Christ.

Suggestions for the Day

  • Read something from a secular source today—and evaluate it through your faith.
  • In conversation, affirm what is good and true—even in someone who disagrees with you.
  • Ask God to make you discerning, not dismissive.
