Ignorance isn’t a virtue. Faith isn’t about closing your eyes and hoping for the best—it’s about opening your mind to what God has revealed and thinking deeply about it.

You don’t need to be a scholar to be a saint. But understanding your faith will make you a stronger man, a more confident witness, and a better leader.

Use your intellect for the kingdom. Read, ask, seek. Build the muscle of the mind.

Suggestions for the Day

  • Revisit a topic of the faith you don’t fully understand. Look up a trusted Catholic explanation.
  • Thank God for the education you’ve received—and ask how He wants you to use it.
  • Set aside 10 minutes to read something spiritual today.
