About the role:
The Sales Development Representative is a salary plus commission professional position for a high-energy and motivated setter.

This role is a full-time, in-house role (NO AGENCIES) with the potential for growth to a closer position.

You must be an A-player with a relentless work ethic. You will not survive here if you only do enough work to get a paycheck.

What you’ll work on:

  • Conducting live calls via phone and Zoom.
  • Answering customer service-related questions for pre-sales opportunities.
  • Setting appointments for the internal sales team.
  • Calling and following up with leads.
  • Tracking and updating your pipeline.
  • Relaying necessary information to closers.

Requirements for this role:

  • 1 year minimum as an SDR.
  • A relentless work ethic.
  • A passion to serve and help others.
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service/sales-related background.
  • Willingness to be coached.
  • Proficient computer and CRM skills.
  • Must rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style.
  • Must attend daily/weekly team meetings.
  • Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings.
  • 1+ year(s) background in sales.
  • 1+ year(s) of cold outbound calling.
  • Proficiency with using HubSpot.
  • Experience with B2C sales.
  • Goals to move to a closer position.
